Each year, we reserve a percentage of service hours to meet the needs of clients who are not able to cover our normal fees. If finances are a barrier to obtaining services for yourself or your child, please let us know and we will make arrangements to ensure that you receive care.

Standard therapy sessions last for 50 minutes. Because sessions may be closely scheduled, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, you will still be charged for the full hour even if you don’t receive an hour of services. Fees for therapy sessions are due at the end of each session and payable in cash or via credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Assessment services require 50% payment at the completion of testing, and 50% upon receipt of the final written report during your feedback conference.

The product of an assessment is a full written report summarizing scores, findings, diagnoses, and recommendations for intervention. Results are also presented in a 90 minute feedback session.

In the event that you need to cancel a session, 24 hours notice is required or the standard session fee will be charged.
